An Actual Zombie
- 1 1/2 oz. Jamaican dark rum
- 1 1/2 oz. gold rum
- 1 oz. Demerara rum
- .7 oz. lime juice
- 1/2 oz. falernum
- .3 oz. yellow grapefruit juice
- .15 oz cinnamon syrup
- 1 tsp. grenadine syrup
- A dash Angostura bitters
- 6 drops Pernod
- A few mint leaves to garnish
- Fill a blender with ice.
- Add all liquid ingredients.
- Pulse for a few seconds.
- Serve in a highball glass.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
Carrie's Prom Punch: Bombay Punch
Serves 10
- 8 oz. sweet sherry
- 8 oz. brandy
- 1 1/2 oz. triple sec
- 1 1/2 oz. maraschino liqueur
- a 75 cl. bottle of Champagne (Prosecco also works!)
- 18 oz. club soda
- 3 oz. simple syrup
- slices of orange and lemon, to garnish
- Add all liquid ingredients to a punch bowl filled with ice.
- Stir gently.
- Garnish with orange and lemon slices.
